Employee Needs Assessment

Another important step for local employers who are considering a child care benefit, is to examine employee needs. Mid-Coast Resource Development Center staff can gather and analyze information about a business’s employees, including how their child care arrangements affect their jobs and what kind of child care assistance they would find helpful. Employee needs assessments are also useful in knowing about the needs of potential new employees.
